Well, we're in the midst of the `Big Freeze', and having just got back from Australia where it was mid 30 degrees everyday, I'm really feeling it. This is usually the time that everyone goes into hibernation as it's that much harder to leave your warm house and go outside to get somewhere.
I'm determined this year not to go into hibernation, I had a quiet weekend last weekend but I think if I have another one, then I'll officially be a bear this winter. So I've made quite a few plans for this weekend to get me out and about. I have also signed up to a 12 week course so that I feel I'm achieving something other than going to the pub.
We'll see how we get on, but I'm determined not to waste any of my remaining time in London.

Snow
I remember the first time I saw snow fall in London, I went bounding across my office floor to stick my nose up against the window to watch the snow fall, I then ran downstairs to stand in this wonderful creation of mother nature. 6 years later and I know I'm a Londoner. I hate it. Pretty yes, completely inconvenient, absolutely. I'm afraid the corporate world has grabbed me and shaken my inital love of snow out of me. Perhaps I just need to make a snow angel.

Why bother ending an era, when you can simply just start one
I'm an Aussie girl living in London who has, after 6 years made the big decision that life on this side of a pond must come to an end this year.
This blog will follow my life, I have other blogs that I put thoughts onto that are private, but this one won't be necessarily anonymous, but will still have a personal touch.
It will follow my travels, my job, friendship, ending life in the UK and starting over again in Australia.
